Al-burqa does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products.
All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 3 days only if:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The received product(s) differed from the original order.

Anything is missing from the package.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within03 days of the original order date.

②. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
③. Al-burqa uses MNP for order delivery.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Al-burqa may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include:

The item is out of stock or pricing errors.
